The same game ships at more than one RTP
Pragmatic Play, like most large providers, releases many titles in several RTP configurations. The operator licensing the game chooses which one to run. The figure published on the provider's site, and reproduced in the table above, is the top configuration.
So two casinos can both offer you Gates of Olympus, both be telling the truth about the name, and give you materially different odds. Nothing on the lobby tile tells you which version you are about to play. That is not a scandal, it is a licensing option, but it is an option exercised by the party you are betting against and not disclosed to the party betting.
Which is why the claim at the top of this page matters. The number in the table is the best case for that title, not a promise about the machine in front of you.
If the two match, you are on the top configuration. If the in-game figure is lower, you now know something that was true before you looked and that nobody was going to tell you. Either way it takes about thirty seconds and it is the only RTP number that describes your actual session.
Why "highest RTP slot" is a weaker question than it sounds
Across the 47 titles here the whole range is 95.45% to 97.02%, a spread of 1.57 percentage points. But the distribution is lopsided: 18 of the 47 sit on exactly 96.50%, and only four fall below 96.00%.
Put that in money. On RM1,000 of turnover, Diamond Strike is designed to cost about RM29.80 and Candy Village about RM45.50. The gap between the best and worst title here is roughly RM15.70 per RM1,000, which is not nothing.
Two things follow. Picking the outliers matters. Avoiding the bottom four and choosing from the top of the table is a real, free improvement. Picking between the middle does not. For the 18 titles sharing 96.50%, there is nothing to choose on this measure at all, and a page that pretended otherwise would be selling you a decision that does not exist. Either way, the largest number on this screen is still the house edge you are choosing between, not the gap you are choosing across.
